The terms

You pay per paper, however many people read it. Reading and sending things in stay free for everyone else. The Paper is billed once a month for the issues that went out, so a paper that comes out once a year pays once a year.

Whoever started a paper pays for it, and only after they’ve seen the final prices and agreed to them. You can close a paper whenever you like, and a full export is on the way.
